| Experience: | I have been practising yoga since 1998 and started my journey to train as a teacher in 2001. I started teaching in 2003. I ran three classes, offered one-to-one sessions, provided teaching cover as well as giving a talk and running small workshops. I started to train to specialise in yoga for pregnancy in 2005. I now teach one weekly yoga for pregnancy class. | |
